Dr. Sai Krishna
Yalagala, MDS
Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon · Cranio Facial Trauma Fellow · International Fellow of Aesthetics and Hair Transplantation · Assistant Professor, Sri Balaji Dental College.
A specialist's training,
a generalist's patience
Oral and maxillofacial surgery sits between dentistry and medicine — the only dental specialty that operates on the whole face. Dr. Yalagala trained into it through a Master of Dental Surgery, then added a dedicated fellowship in craniofacial trauma and international fellowships in aesthetics and hair transplantation.
That range is deliberate. A fractured jaw, a missing molar and a heavy nasolabial fold are all problems of the same anatomy, and treating them in isolation is how patients end up with results that technically worked but don't look right.
Alongside clinical practice she teaches as an Assistant Professor at Sri Balaji Dental College — which keeps the evidence current and the technique honest.

Four things you can count on
Nothing without a scan
No implant, extraction or graft is planned on a guess. If imaging will change the plan, we take it.
Plain explanations
You'll be shown your own scan and told what it means, in language that isn't Latin.
Written estimates
Costs are agreed in writing before treatment starts. No revisions halfway through.
Real aftercare
Scheduled reviews and a direct line to the clinic if something doesn't feel right.
